Original title: mfc100.dll missing

Streets and Trips 2011 will not start after initial installation. The following message appears: "This program can't start because mfc100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.". Numerous reinstalls and reboots do not fix the problem.

Any suggestions??
