So I recently found an old laptop from 2013 and went to go see what was on it (It does belong to me). I try and turn it on and I get the little screen that says "F2 for options" and also the "F4 for recovery". That screen is there for about a second and then the screen goes black with just one flashing underscore character on the top left. Turns out I'm pretty sure I removed the OS. It was using Windows 7 Starter. When I press f2 and go to the options, I don't have the option to boot the pc from a usb which I have in it which is a bootable USB. Can someone help me figure out how to get it to work again? (Also the laptop doesn't have a disk drive)
Please help....
