There's an area in Lijang Garden in which multiple smaller characters can get stuck.

During a FFA as Ana I attempted to jump over one of the rocks. I seemed to get stuck between the rock and the wall and was then permanently stuck "falling" until I was killed. 

Have managed to easily reproduce this now with Ana, Tracer, and Mccree, it appears to only affect smaller characters.
